摘要

目的

总结1例高龄丧偶老人基于老年护理需求评估的护理经验，探索其应用价值。

方法

基于老年护理需求评估结果，识别丧偶老人健康问题，制订个性化护理方案，通过急性哀伤照护（认知行为疗法、五音疗法）与疾病风险管理，降低健康风险，预防延长哀伤障碍。

结果

丧偶老人健康风险得到了精准识别及有效控制，患者病情好转顺利出院。

结论

丧偶是老年人群常见的应激事件，临床护理人员可通过老年护理需求评估精准识别丧偶所致的健康风险，并进行有效处理，提高护理质量。

Abstract

Objective

To summarize the nursing experience of one elderly widowed patient based on geriatric nursing needs assessment and explore its application value.

Methods

Based on the results of geriatric nursing needs assessment， the health problems of the widowed elderly were identified， and individualized nursing programs were formulated. Acute grief care （cognitive behavior therapy， five-tone therapy） and disease risk management were used to reduce health risks and prevent prolonged grief disorder.

Results

The health risks of the widowed elderly were accurately identified and effectively controlled， and the patient's condition was improved and discharged smoothly.

Conclusions

Being widowed is a common stress event in the elderly population. Clinical nurses can accurately identify the health risks caused by being widowed through the assessment of geriatric nursing needs， and deal with them effectively to improve the quality of nursing.
