摘要

本文总结1例砭石中药膏摩联合手指点穴治疗心气虚血瘀证胸痹心痛患者便秘的护理体会。在中医辨证理论指导下，基于循证采用砭石中药膏摩疗法联合手指点穴，并从生活起居、饮食调护、情志调护及腹部自我按摩、运动指导五个方面行常规护理及健康教育，能有效改善患者便秘症状，提高患者生活质量，从而降低胸痹心痛的发生率。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating constipation in a patient with heart Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chest obstruction and heartache by Bianshi Traditional Chinese Medicine cream and moxibustion combined with finger acupoints. Guided by the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation， evidence-based use of Bianshi TCM cream therapy combined with finger acupoints， and routine nursing and health education from five aspects： daily life care， dietary care， emotional care， abdominal self-massage， and exercise guidance， could effectively improve the patient's constipation symptoms， improve life quality， and thereby reduce the incidence of chest pain and heartache.
