摘要

本文总结了1例胃癌术后难治性胃瘫综合征患者的护理经验。患者胃癌术后1周出现胃瘫综合征，经常规胃肠减压、禁食水、促胃动力药物、肠外营养治疗9天无效。在常规温通为法的中医外治疗法的基础上配合疏肝解郁、行气化瘀为法的虎符铜砭刮痧，每周2次，快速有效地改善了患者恶心、呕吐、腹胀、便秘等一系列难治性胃瘫综合征的症状，促进患者及早进行术后辅助化疗，提高患者的生存期。本案例也提示临床难治性胃瘫综合征患者护理中应注重肝气郁滞的特点，重视气机调畅，肝胃同调，更利于难治性胃瘫患者胃肠功能的恢复，值得临床参考借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with refractory gastroparesis syndrome after gastric cancer surgery. The patient developed gastroparesis syndrome one week after gastric cancer surgery， and regular gastrointestinal decompression， fasting， gastric motility promoting drugs， and parenteral nutrition treatments were ineffective for 9 days. Based on the conventional Chinese medicine external treatment method of warming and unblocking， combined with the Hufu copper needle scraping method of soothing the liver and relieving depression， promoting Qi and removing stasis， twice a week， which quickly and effectively improved the symptoms of a series of refractory gastroparesis syndromes such as nausea， vomiting， abdominal distension， and constipation in the patient. The above methods promoted early postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy， and improved the patient survival. This case also suggests that in the nursing of patients with clinically refractory gastroparesis syndrome， attention should be paid to the characteristics of liver Qi stagnation. The regulation of Qi and the coordination of liver and stomach are important， which are more conducive to the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients with refractory gastroparesis and are worth clinical reference.
