摘要

本文总结基于“温通法”将扶阳罐用于1例腰椎间盘突出症术后患者便秘的护理经验。在完善护理评估的基础上，采用扶阳罐进行干预，同时加强患者心理、饮食、疼痛、康复锻炼等护理。中医扶阳罐治疗能有效改善腰椎间盘突出症术后患者便秘的情况，且操作方便、不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using Fuyang cupping based on the "warming and unblocking method" to treat constipation in a postoperative patient with lumbar disc herniation. Based on the nursing evaluation， intervention with Fuyang cupping was adopted， while strengthening patient care such as psychology， diet， pain， and rehabilitation exercise. Traditional Chinese Medicine Fuyang cupping treatment could effectively improve postoperative constipation in the patient with lumbar disc herniation， and is easy to operate with fewer adverse reactions， which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
