摘要

本文总结特种刮痧联合全息刮痧干预1例急性面瘫患者的护理经验。患者入院后完善护理评估，辨证分析，基于中医经络理论，开展特种刮痧、全息刮痧等中医护理干预。有效减轻患者口角歪斜、眼睑闭合不全、头昏头晕、右耳疼痛，改善面瘫症状，促进患者快速康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of special scraping combined with holographic scraping intervention in a case of acute facial paralysis. After the patient was admitted to the hospital， nursing evaluation and syndrome differentiation analysis were conducted. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian， TCM nursing interventions， including special scraping and holographic scraping were applied， which effectively alleviate the patient with crooked corners of the mouth， incomplete eyelid closure， dizziness， and right ear pain. The patient’s facial paralysis symptoms were improved and the rapid recovery was promoted.
