摘要

本文总结在心——肾——子宫轴理论指导下运用雷火灸结合子午流注开穴法治疗1例肾虚血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者的护理经验。中医治疗护士根据慢性盆腔炎患者的护理难点，依据心——肾——子宫轴理论选择经后期及排卵期共14天为1周期，采用中医特色技术雷火灸结合子午流注开穴法，对患者实施针对性干预，为患者制定个性化的康复方案，有效改善了患者临床症状，提高了临床疗效及患者满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the application practice of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint-opening method under the guidance of heart-kidney-uterine axis theory in the nursing process of a patient with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type. Based on the nursing difficulties of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and the theory of the heart-kidney-uterus axis， Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment nurses chose a total of 14 days in the late menstrual and ovulation stages as a cycle. TCM characteristic techniques including thunder-fire moxibustion combined with midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint-opening method were applied to implement targeted interventions for the patient. Personalized rehabilitation plans for the patient was developed. The above measures effectively improved the clinical symptoms， clinical efficacy， and patient satisfaction.
