摘要

目的

探讨1例慢肾衰患者静脉注射50%葡萄糖注射液后发生药物渗出的护理方法。

方法

对肾病科收治的慢肾衰患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结护理体会。

结果

患者经针对性的中西医个性化护理后，药物渗出创面基本愈合，病情好转出院。

结论

对出现药物渗出患者，仔细评估患者肢体局部情况，尽快去除导致药物渗出的因素，积极采取有效的护理干预措施，可取得良好效果。临床护士依据引起静脉输液药物渗出的原因有针对性地预防，减少药物渗出不良事件的发生，提高患者静脉输液的质量。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the nursing methods for drug exudation after intravenous injection of 50% glucose injection in a patient with chronic renal failure.

Methods

The clinical data of patients with chronic renal failure in Department of nephrology were retrospectively analyzed， and the nursing experience was summarized.

Results

After individualized nursing of traditional Chinese and western medicine， the wound of drug exudation was basically healed， and the condition was improved and the patient was discharged.

Conclusions

For patients with drug exudation， careful evaluation of the patient's limb local conditions， as soon as possible to remove the factors leading to drug exudation， and actively take effective nursing intervention measures can achieve good results. Clinical nurses should take targeted prevention based on the causes of drug exudation in intravenous infusion， reduce the occurrence of adverse events of drug exudation and improve the quality of intravenous infusion.
