摘要

本文总结1例重症肺炎合并压力性损伤患者的护理报告。基于护理评估、辨证分析，在完善常规压疮护理的基础上，采用清创、换药、清热解毒、祛腐排脓、益气活血作用的中医护理技术；同时开展健康宣教，增加患者及其家属的压疮预防相关知识。上述措施促进了患者的创面愈合，减轻了患者的疼痛，提高了患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing report on a patient with severe pneumonia combined with stress injury. Based on the nursing evaluation， syndrome differentiation analysis， and the routine pressure ulcer nursing， Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques， such as debridement， dressing change， clearing heat and detoxification， removing corruption， invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation were conducted. At the same time， health education was carried out to increase the patient and her families’ knowledge of pressure ulcer prevention. The above measures promoted the wound healing， reduced the patient’s pain， and improved the quality of life.
