摘要

本文总结在西医治疗基础上结合中药保留灌肠、中药口服、隔物脐灸对1例反复不愈的直肠癌术后吻合口溃疡患者进行中西医结合治疗的护理体会。通过实施中医特色护理措施，同时结合排便节制功能训练、饮食护理、生活方式健康指导，患者临床症状及肠镜下溃疡病变均有明显改善。中医护理适宜技术可以促进直肠癌术后吻合口溃疡的恢复，可用于临床推广。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of combining Traditional Chinese and Western medicine with TCM retention enema， oral administration of TCM and umbilical moxibustion on a patient with recurrent postoperative anastomotic ulcer of rectal cancer. By implementing TCM characteristic nursing measures， combined with bowel control function training， dietary care， lifestyle health guidance， as well as other nursing measures， the patient's clinical symptoms and ulcerative lesions under colonoscopy have significantly improved. Appropriate TCM nursing can promote the recovery of anastomotic ulcers after rectal cancer surgery， which can be used for clinical promotion.
