摘要

本文总结1例应用中医适宜技术治疗老年重症胃肠功能障碍患者的护理体会。针对本例患者实际情况制定“筛查—评定—干预—监测”肠内营养支持护理，予中医适宜技术（耳穴压丸、足三里穴位注射和艾灸）及相关个性化护理措施。经治疗，明显改善患者胃肠功能障碍及并发症，有效促进患者恢复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly patient with severe gastrointestinal dysfunction treated with appropriate technology of traditional Chinese medicine. According to the actual situation of this patient， the "screening-assessment-intervention-monitoring" enteral nutrition support nursing was formulated， and the appropriate TCM techniques （auricular pressure pills， Zusanli acupoint injection and moxibustion） and related personalized nursing measures were given. After treatment， the gastrointestinal dysfunction and complications of patients were significantly improved， and the recovery of patients was effectively promoted.
