摘要

本文总结中医护理技术干预1例乳蛾患儿的相关护理经验。根据患儿情况辨证分型，做好护理评估，基于证型实施退热方灌肠，退热散泡脚，穴位贴敷和放血疗法，同时结合常规护理干预。中西医协同作用，有效改善了患儿的咽痛症状，消肿利咽，清除内热，缩短病程。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques intervention in a child with acute tonsillitis. Based on the diagnosis and nursing evaluation， antipyretic enema， antipyretic powder soaking feet， acupoint application and bloodletting therapy were implemented， combined with routine nursing interventions. The synergistic effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has effectively improved the symptoms of pharyngeal pain， reduced swelling， cleared internal heat， and shortened the course of the disease.
