摘要

缺血性脑卒中是脑血管病变引起的血液供应障碍，导致局部脑组织缺血、缺氧性坏死，并迅速出现相应神经功能缺损的一类临床综合征。文章介绍了针对1例94岁高龄的缺血性脑卒中患者实施纽曼系统模式护理，强调患者与周围环境的动态平衡。在充分评估的基础上，制定三级预防措施，并给予中西医结合护理干预，结合患者八纲、脏腑辨证，通过耳穴压豆、雷火灸、穴位敷贴等中医疗法，有效地改善了患者的睡眠质量和便秘症状，患者生活自理能力提升。该护理模式可在脑卒中老年患者临床护理中进行推广应用。

Abstract

Ischemic stroke is a blood supply disorder caused by cerebrovascular disease， leading to local cerebral tissue ischemia， hypoxic necrosis， and rapid development of corresponding neurological deficits. This article introduces the implementation of Newman system nursing for a 94 year old ischemic stroke patient， emphasizing the dynamic balance between the patient and the surrounding environment. Based on the thorough evaluation， three-level preventive measures were formulated and integrated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing interventions. Combined with the patient's eight principles and organ differentiation， Traditional Chinese Medicine therapies such as ear point pressing， lightning fire moxibustion， and acupoint application were applied to effectively improve the patient's sleep quality， constipation symptoms， and self-care ability. This nursing model can be promoted and applied in the clinical nursing of elderly stroke patients.
