摘要

本文总结了1例胃癌术后并发胃瘫患者的中西医结合护理经验。根据患者中医辨证分型进行辨证施护，通过穴位贴敷、微针针刺、艾灸、热熨敷、中西药治疗、心理疏导等中西医结合护理方法，有效缓解了患者术后胃肠道不适症状，疏导了患者的负面情绪，提高了患者满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with gastric palsy after gastric cancer surgery. According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and classification， dialectical nursing was provided. A combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing methods such as acupoint application， micro needle acupuncture， moxibustion， hot ironing application， traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment， and psychological counseling were applied， which effectively alleviated postoperative gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms， alleviated negative emotions， and improved the patient’s satisfaction.
