摘要

护理查房在临床护理教学中应用广泛，结合思政教育是职业教育教师关注的重点问题，把思想政治教育的育人功能贯穿于高校的所有课程之中，实现价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者的有机融合。本文总结1例肺癌患者的中西医结合护理查房的护理教学经验。该查房按照“顾、明、练、思”的四步骤开展教学实施，学生学习并掌握了肺癌晚期患者的中西医结合护理，对提升学生为老服务、为患者服务的职业认同感、使命感及临床教学和实践起到启发和指导意义。

Abstract

Nursing rounds are widely used in clinical nursing teaching. Combining ideological and political education is a key issue of concern for vocational education teachers. The educational function of ideological and political education is integrated into all courses in universities to achieve an organic integration of value shaping， knowledge imparting， and ability cultivation. This article summarizes the nursing teaching experience of a case of lung cancer patient's integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing ward round. The ward round was carried out according to the four steps of "care， understanding， practice， and thinking". Students learned and mastered the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing of a late-stage lung cancer patient， which played an enlightening and guiding role in enhancing students' sense of professional identity， mission， and clinical teaching and practice of serving the elderly patients.
