摘要

本文总结中药内服外治结合静点VC治疗1例全结肠息肉病的护理体会，依据患者下症见、辨证分型及临床症状等，进行口服中药汤剂、中药保留灌肠、静脉输入大剂量VC及中医理疗等中西医结合治疗和护理，从而缓解患者腹泻、失眠及焦虑等症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of one case of total colonic polyposis treated by integrated oral and external Chinese medicine combined with intravenous vitamin C. Based on the patient's clinical manifestations， syndrome differentiation and clinical symptoms， integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing measures， including oral Chinese medicine decoction， retention enema with Chinese medicine， intravenous infusion of high-dose vitamin C and traditional Chinese medicine physical therapy， were adopted to alleviate the patient's symptoms such as diarrhea， insomnia and anxiety， and improve the patient's quality of life.
