摘要

本文总结1例患有心衰并发双足深Ⅱ度烫伤患者的护理经验。在常规临床治疗方式下，通过结合MDT进行居家护理，以患者为中心针对烫伤选用合适的医用敷料，通过运用伤口床准备理论的TIME原则进行伤口护理，治愈效果良好。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with heart failure complicated with deep second degree scald of both feet. In the conventional clinical treatment mode， through the combination of MDT for home care， patient-centered selection of appropriate medical dressings for scald， through the application of the time principle of wound bed preparation theory for wound care， the curative effect is good.
