摘要

本文总结1例乳痈患者行手法通乳中医技术治疗的效果观察及护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取手法通乳中医技术治疗配合饮食指导、情志护理、健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，患者疼痛、焦虑症状明显缓解，且该方法具有不良反应少、安全性高等优势，患者易于接受，可供临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation and nursing experience of a case of breast abscess treated with traditional Chinese medicine techniques of manual breast irrigation. Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and nursing， the use of manual lactation TCM techniques combined with dietary guidance， emotional care， health knowledge education， and other routine nursing measures significantly alleviated patients' pain and anxiety symptoms. This method has the advantages of less adverse reactions， high safety， easy to be accepted by patients， and can be used for clinical promotion.
