摘要

本研究总结1例采用砭石治疗联合中药外敷治疗急性乳腺炎的初期护理体会。患者因乳房胀痛伴发热入院，经砭石治疗联合中药外敷，情志护理，中医食疗指导及健康教育等综合干预，急性乳腺炎症状明显缓解，取得显著疗效。

Abstract

This study summarizes the initial nursing experience of a case of acute mastitis treated with Bianshi therapy combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine. The patient was admitted to the hospital due to breast swelling and pain accompanied by fever. After comprehensive interventions such as stone needle therapy combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine， emotional care， traditional Chinese medicine dietary guidance， and health education， the symptoms of acute mastitis were significantly relieved and significant therapeutic effects were achieved.
