摘要

本文总结1例冠心病PCI术后患者采用温灸刮痧疗法改善胸痛、胸闷伴随症状的护理经验。患者就诊时接受全面护理评估，医护团队基于中医基础理论实施辨证施护，通过温灸刮痧疗法以缓解症状、活血化瘀，提升患者舒适度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using warm moxibustion and Gua Sha therapy to improve chest pain and tightness in a post-PCI coronary heart disease patient. Upon admission， the patient underwent comprehensive nursing assessment， and the medical team implemented syndrome differentiation-based care rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） theory. The warm moxibustion and Gua Sha therapy were applied to alleviate symptoms， promote blood circulation， resolve stasis， and enhance patient comfort.
