摘要

目的

探究1例运用中药配合鼻部刮痧及推拿治疗腺样体肥大的中医药护理经验。

方法

选取我科1例腺样体肥大的患儿，对其采用中药内服联合鼻部刮痧及推拿的中医外治疗法，观察患儿的鼻塞、睡觉打鼾及张口呼吸等情况。根据患儿的具体情况及时调整中药及刮痧频次，从而确保治疗效果。

结果

患儿通过鼻部刮痧及推拿联合中药治疗2月后，鼻部堵塞、睡觉打鼾及张口呼吸等情况得到明显的改善，鼻咽内窥镜检查由堵塞后鼻孔4/5降至2/3。

结论

中药联合鼻部刮痧及推拿治疗患儿腺样体肥大有显著疗效。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the nursing experience of using traditional Chinese medicine combined with nasal scraping and massage to treat adenoid hypertrophy.

Method

One child with adenoid hypertrophy in our department was selected and treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with nasal scraping and massage as an external treatment. The patient's nasal congestion， snoring， and mouth breathing were observed. Adjust the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine and scraping therapy in a timely manner according to the specific situation of the patient， in order to ensure the treatment effect.

Results

After 2 months of treatment with nasal scraping and massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine， the patient's nasal congestion， snoring， and mouth breathing were significantly improved. Nasopharyngeal endoscopy examination reduced from 4/5 of blocked nostrils to 2/3.

Conclusion

The combination of traditional Chinese medicine， nasal scraping and massage therapy has significant therapeutic effects on adenoid hypertrophy in children.
