摘要

本文总结1例艾灸结合中药膏摩治疗改善湿热下注证肛瘘术后腹胀的护理体会。在完善护理评估及膳食指导、情志护理等常规护理的基础上，运用中医特色护理技术艾灸联合中药膏摩，减轻患者术后腹胀症状，提高患者生活质量，促进患者早日康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes a nursing experience of using moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine ointment to improve postoperative abdominal distension in patients with damp heat and downward pressure syndrome of anal fistula. On the basis of improving nursing evaluation， dietary guidance， emotional care and other routine nursing， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques such as moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine ointment are used to alleviate postoperative abdominal distension symptoms， improve patients' quality of life， and promote early recovery.
