摘要

本文回顾在1例肝郁脾虚型梅核气患者中应用引导性音乐想象联合全息刮痧治疗，根据患者治疗前后的症状进行对比分析，结果显示引导性音乐联合全息刮痧对于缓解患者咽喉异物感的效果明显，可有效舒缓患者焦虑情绪，促进患者睡眠，且操作简单，治疗时间短，护理效率高。

Abstract

This article reviews the application of guided music imagination combined with holographic scraping therapy in a patient with liver depression and spleen deficiency type of plum nucleus qi. Based on the comparative analysis of the patient's symptoms before and after treatment， the results show that guided music combined with holographic scraping therapy has a significant effect on relieving the patient's throat foreign body sensation， effectively relieving the patient's anxiety， promoting sleep， and is easy to operate， with short treatment time and high nursing efficiency.
