摘要

本文总结1例不完全性肠梗阻患者行中药保留灌肠技术治疗的护理经验，具体包括中药保留灌肠的药方组成、操作方法、注意事项以及饮食、生活等常规护理。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取中医特色护理技术中药保留灌肠，有效改善患者肠梗阻症状，减轻患者痛苦。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with incomplete intestinal obstruction treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema technology， including the prescription composition， operation methods， precautions， diet， life and other routine nursing of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema. Under the guidance of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing theory， TCM characteristic nursing technology， TCM retention enema， can effectively improve patients' intestinal obstruction symptoms and reduce patients' pain.
