摘要

本文总结1例采用小儿推拿的方法善患儿鼻炎症状的护理经验，从中医的整体观和辨证论治的角度出发，通过护理评估、辨证分析、护理诊断，制定合理的护理方案，运用小儿推拿中医外治疗法，达到益气固表、疏风散邪、固护脾胃、调和阴阳的效果，最终有效提高患儿免疫机能，改善患儿鼻炎症状，降低复发风险。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of children's rhinitis symptoms treated with pediatric massage. From the perspective of holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation， through nursing evaluation， syndrome differentiation analysis and nursing diagnosis， a reasonable nursing plan is formulated， and the external treatment of pediatric massage with traditional Chinese medicine can achieve the effect of tonifying qi and strengthening exterior， expelling wind and dispelling evil， strengthening spleen and stomach， and harmonizing Yin and Yang. Finally effectively improve the immune function of children， improve the symptoms of rhinitis， reduce the risk of recurrence.
