摘要

本文总结1例慢性肾衰合并冠心病患者展开治疗及护理，对于其治疗效果进行系统的回顾性评估和分析。通过各方面的治疗以及对患者各项康复指标数据的观察，针对慢性肾衰患者腰酸、乏力及不寐等症状进行专科筛查，并使用中西医适宜技术治疗。予患者低流量吸氧、降磷、调节钙磷、补充叶酸、护胃、治疗不稳定性心绞痛、降脂稳斑、纠正贫血、调节肠道菌群、补钙、升白细胞、促进胃动力、督灸及耳穴压贴等治疗，经治疗患者病情好转，疗效较好且满意度较高，具有较好的临床应用与推广价值。

Abstract

This article summarizes the treatment and nursing of a patient with chronic renal failure combined with coronary heart disease， and systematically reviews and analyzes the treatment effect. Through various treatments and observation of various rehabilitation indicators of patients， specialized screening is conducted for symptoms such as lower back pain， fatigue， and insomnia in patients with chronic renal failure， and appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese and Western medicine are used for treatment. Providing patients with low flow oxygen therapy， phosphorus reduction， calcium and phosphorus regulation， folic acid supplementation， gastric protection， treatment of unstable angina pectoris， lipid-lowering and plaque stabilization， correction of anemia， regulation of gut microbiota， calcium supplementation， white blood cell elevation， promotion of gastric motility， moxibustion and ear acupressure therapy， etc. After treatment， the patient's condition improved， the efficacy was good， and the satisfaction was high. It has good clinical application and promotion value.
