摘要

本文总结1例急性非淋巴细胞白血病伴侵袭性曲霉菌肺感染患者中西医结合护理的经验。护理工作重点除病情观察、起居护理、情志护理及用药护理等之外，配合运用中医适宜技术，包括本科室自创的中医综合肃肺疗法，以控制患者侵袭性曲霉菌肺感染。予患者中西医结合方法对症治疗及护理，减少化疗药物对患者的胃肠道等刺激，有效控制患者肺感染，最终症状好转出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with acute non lymphocytic leukemia and invasive aspergillosis pneumonia. The focus of nursing work is not only on disease observation， daily care， emotional care， and medication care， but also on the use of appropriate traditional Chinese medicine techniques， including the self-developed traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive lung clearing therapy， to control invasive aspergillosis pneumonia in patients. Provide patients with targeted treatment and care using a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， reduce the irritation of chemotherapy drugs on the patient's gastrointestinal tract， effectively control the patient's lung infection， and ultimately improve symptoms before discharge.
