摘要

本文总结1例神经根型颈椎病患者应用火龙罐疗法联合五音疗法的效果观察和护理经验。基于中医辨证及护理评估，对患者实施火龙罐疗法和五音疗法，配合生活起居、辨证施膳、辨证施情及功能锻炼指导。根据治疗前后的评估对比分析，患者颈肩部疼痛、僵硬及左上肢放射痛症状有所缓解，焦虑状态缓解，患者舒适度和生活质量得到有效提升。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation and nursing experience of a patient with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated with Huolong cupping therapy combined with pentatonic therapy. Based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing evaluation， patients are treated with fire dragon pot therapy and five tone therapy， combined with daily life， syndrome differentiation diet， syndrome differentiation emotion， and functional exercise guidance. According to the comparative analysis of the evaluation before and after treatment， the patient's neck and shoulder pain， stiffness， and left upper limb radiating pain symptoms have been relieved， anxiety has been alleviated， and the patient's comfort and quality of life have been effectively improved.
