摘要

本文总结中药塌渍治疗1例慢性肾衰老年皮肤瘙痒患者的护理体会。患者入院周身皮肤瘙痒，可见全身散在新旧抓痕，中医辨证为”白疕阴虚风燥症“，给予外用清热养阴润燥、止痒润肤祛风中药塌渍，内服保肾、降血糖、调节电解质紊乱药物。于一周后瘙痒较前好转，皮肤破溃已结痂，两周后偶感皮肤瘙痒，已不影响生活质量，顺利出院。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine collapse in the treatment of skin pruritus in an elderly patient with chronic renal failure. The patient's skin itches all over the body after admission， and it can be seen that the whole body is scattered with new and old scratches. The syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is "Baiyun Yin deficiency and wind dryness syndrome". It is given external use of traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat， nourishing yin and moisturizing dryness， stopping itching and moisturizing skin and dispelling wind， and take drugs to protect the kidney， lower blood sugar and regulate electrolyte disorders. One week later， the itching improved， the skin broke and formed a scab. Two weeks later， I occasionally felt itching， which did not affect the quality of life and was discharged smoothly.
