摘要

本报告详细记录1例次全结肠切除术后患者因肠道功能紊乱导致腹胀的个案护理过程。通过艾灸疗法并结合护理干预，观察患者腹胀症状改善情况。结果显示，采用艾灸穴位组合显著缓解患者腹胀症状，促进肠道功能恢复，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This report details the case nursing process of a patient with abdominal distension due to intestinal dysfunction after subtotal colectomy. Through moxibustion therapy combined with nursing intervention， the improvement of the patient's abdominal distension symptoms was observed. The results showed that the use of moxibustion acupoint combination significantly relieved the patient's abdominal distension symptoms， promoted the recovery of intestinal function， and improved the patient's quality of life.
