Nursing report of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine for a patient with hemuria due to capsular renal rupture secondary to intestinal obstruction in refractory peritonitis
This article summarizes the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine integrated therapy for a patient with refractory peritonitis complicated with intestinal obstruction and secondary rupture of the bladder and kidney, and hematuria. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing care, nursing measures are dynamically adjusted during the nursing process as the patient's condition changes. Before the patient is discharged, abdominal dialysis operation retraining, dietary education, and home care plans are developed. After 26 days of treatment and nursing, the patient's condition improved and was discharged. Follow up at 6 months after discharge showed no recurrence of peritonitis and no recurrence of gross hematuria.
