Nursing care of a case of lymphedema after radical operation of breast cancer
breast cancer associated lymphedema is a common postoperative complication of breast cancer, which develops rapidly. If not treated in time, it can lead to muscle pain and permanent loss of shoulder and elbow function in severe cases. This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of lymphedema after radical operation of breast cancer treated with meridian detumescence therapy. Through comprehensive intervention measures such as meridian detumescence therapy, basic nursing, emotional nursing and daily living nursing, the patients' lymphedema situation was improved and their quality of life was improved.
