摘要

本文应用三联教学模式，即以案例为导向（CBL）、以问题为中心（PBL）、以团队为基础（TBL），结合思政教育，构建一种新型的中西医结合护理临床教学查房模式。本文以1例胃癌术后患者为例，探索从传统授课模式（LBL）向三联教学模式（CBL+PBL+TBL）的转变融合，以思政教育贯穿于整个教学之中，全面提升临床护理教学质量，以期为培养高素质综合型护理人才提供理论及实践依据。

Abstract

This article applies the triple teaching model， namely Case Based Learning （CBL）， Problem Based Learning （PBL）， and Team Based Learning （TBL）， combined with ideological and political education， to construct a new clinical teaching round model for integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing. This article takes a postoperative gastric cancer patient as an example to explore the transformation and integration from traditional teaching mode （LBL） to triple teaching mode （CBL+PBL+TBL）， integrating ideological and political education throughout the entire teaching process， comprehensively improving the quality of clinical nursing teaching， and providing theoretical and practical basis for cultivating high-quality comprehensive nursing talents.
