摘要

本文总结1例中药封包联合耳穴贴压治疗经桡动脉行冠状动脉造影术后肿胀疼痛患者的护理体会，具体包括护理评估，一般护理及中药封包联合耳穴贴压的干预方法等。患者经干预后，肢体疼痛减轻，肿胀程度得到有效缓解。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with swelling and pain after coronary angiography via the radial artery treated with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine packaging and ear acupressure， including nursing evaluation， general nursing， and intervention methods of traditional Chinese medicine packaging and ear acupressure. After intervention， the patient's limb pain was reduced and the degree of swelling was effectively relieved.
