摘要

本文总结1例应用综合护理联合新斯的明穴位注射足三里治疗老年巨结肠患者的护理经验。通过对患者的病情观察、心理护理、疼痛管理及并发症预防等方面进行综合护理，患者症状得到缓解，最终康复出院。本文旨在为临床护理工作提供参考，提高老年巨结肠患者的护理质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of elderly patients with megacolon treated with comprehensive nursing combined with neostigmine acupoint injection at Zusanli. Through the comprehensive nursing of the patient's condition observation， psychological nursing， pain management and complication prevention， the patient's symptoms were relieved， and finally recovered and discharged. This paper aims to provide reference for clinical nursing work and improve the nursing quality of elderly patients with megacolon.
