摘要

本文总结1例慢性肾脏病患者基于CBL教学模式的中西医结合护理查房经验。根据患者临床资料，带教老师同涉外4组护理同学以小组讨论形式，围绕本病例的主要内容进行学习和讨论，通过慢性肾脏病5期案例教学查房，学生能掌握慢性肾衰竭的病因、临床表现、诊断与鉴别、并发症及治疗原则等重要内容。加深对难点和重点的理解，达到触类旁通、举一反三的效果。本案例中慢性肾脏病5期患者在常规治疗的基础上，采用耳穴贴压、穴位敷贴及穴位注射等中医特色护理，并配合生活起居、饮食护理及健康指导等护理措施，以缓解患者恶心、呕吐，鼻塞、流清涕，头痛及头晕等症状，治疗效果显著，患者已于2024年10月16日病情平稳出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of a patient with chronic kidney disease undergoing a combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing round based on the CBL teaching model. Based on the patient's clinical data， the teaching teacher and four groups of nursing students involved in foreign affairs conducted group discussions to learn and discuss the main content of this case. Through the teaching rounds of the fifth phase of chronic kidney disease cases， students were able to master important content such as the etiology， clinical manifestations， diagnosis and differentiation， complications， and treatment principles of chronic kidney failure. Deepen the understanding of difficulties and key points， achieve the effect of analogy and generalization. In this case， a patient with stage 5 chronic kidney disease received traditional Chinese medicine nursing care， including ear point application， acupoint application， and acupoint injection， in addition to routine treatment. Nursing measures such as daily living， dietary care， and health guidance were also taken to alleviate symptoms such as nausea， vomiting， nasal congestion， runny nose， headache， and dizziness. The treatment effect was significant， and the patient was discharged from the hospital on October 16， 2024， with a stable condition.
