摘要

本文总结了1例首发成人隐匿性糖尿病（LADA）并发带状疱疹后神经痛患者的护理经验。在饮食护理、情志护理、用药护理、并发症预防等常规护理基础上，运用中医护理适宜技术穴位注射联合穴位按摩能有效缓解患者的疼痛、焦虑情绪，改善睡眠质量，稳定控制血糖。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with LADA （Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults） and postherpetic neuralgia （PHN）， a complication of shingles. In addition to the routine nursing care， such as dietary care， psychological care， medication care， and complication prevention， the use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques， including acupoint injection and acupoint massage， can effectively alleviate the patient's pain， anxiety， and improve sleep quality， stabilize blood glucose control.
