摘要

本文总结1例五音疗法联合揿针缓解混合痔术后尿潴留患者的护理体会。在常规护理的基础上，通过中医辨证，给予患者五音疗法联合揿针治疗，缓解患者术后尿潴留，促进术后快速康复，提高患者生活质量，为此类患者的中西医结合治疗与护理提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of five tone therapy combined with press needle to relieve urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. On the basis of routine nursing， through traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， patients were given five tone therapy combined with pressing needle treatment， which can relieve postoperative urinary retention， promote rapid postoperative recovery， improve the quality of life of patients， and provide reference for the treatment and nursing of such patients with integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
