摘要

本文总结1例急性荨麻疹患者的中西医结合护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取穴位注射（曲池穴）、拔火罐、耳穴压丸及口服中药汤剂等中医特色护理，经治疗后，患者皮疹、风团明显消退，瘙痒明显减轻，患者舒适度提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with acute urticaria. Guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and care， acupuncture point injection （Quchi acupoint）， cupping therapy， ear acupressure pills， and oral Chinese herbal decoctions were adopted for traditional Chinese medicine characteristic care. After treatment， the patient's rash and wheals significantly disappeared， itching significantly reduced， and patient comfort improved.
