摘要

本文总结1例采用经穴推拿联合中药蜡疗技术治疗尪痹的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取中药蜡疗技术配合饮食指导、情志调护、生活起居护理、健康知识宣教等常规护理措施，患者双下肢肿痛明显缓解，便秘症状减轻，提高了患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation and nursing experience of a case of treating a patient with rheumatoid arthritis using acupressure massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy technology. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， the use of traditional Chinese medicine wax therapy technology combined with dietary guidance， emotional regulation， daily living care， health knowledge education and other routine nursing measures significantly alleviated the swelling and pain of the patient's lower limbs， the symptoms of constipation were alleviated and the quality of life of patients was improved.
