摘要

本文总结1例耳尖放血缓解高血压的护理体会。通过辨证分析和科学评估，针对患者症状进行个体化护理干预，包括生活起居指导、膳食指导、情志护理及放血疗法技术等。经治疗，患者高血压及头晕症状得到有效改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of one case of ear tip bloodletting to relieve hypertension. Through dialectical analysis and scientific evaluation， personalized nursing interventions are provided for patients' symptoms， including guidance on daily living， dietary habits， emotional care， and bloodletting therapy techniques. After treatment， the patient's symptoms of hypertension and dizziness were effectively improved.
