摘要

本文总结中药塌渍治疗改善1例直肠癌患者应用奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨化疗后致左上肢麻木的护理体会。在完善护理评估和常规护理的基础上，运用中医特色护理技术中药塌渍，有效改善患者左上肢麻木症状，提高患者生活质量，操作方便简单安全，充分体现中医特色护理技术的优势。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine collapse treatment to improve the numbness of left upper limb caused by oxaliplatin combined with capecitabine chemotherapy in a patient with rectal cancer. On the basis of improving nursing evaluation and routine nursing， the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology was applied to effectively improve the numbness symptoms of patients' left upper limb， improve the quality of life of patients， and the operation was convenient， simple and safe， fully reflecting the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology.
