摘要

本文总结采用耳穴贴压联合腕踝针针刺治疗1例更年期潮热汗出症状的患者的护理经验。基于辨证施护理论，在常规治疗护理的基础上充分发挥中医药特色，采用耳穴贴压联合腕踝针针刺治疗，有效缓解更年期潮热汗出症状及其他不适，从而促进患者康复，提高患者更年期生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of auricular point sticking combined with wrist ankle acupuncture in the treatment of a patient with climacteric hot flushes and sweating symptoms. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and nursing， on the basis of conventional treatment and nursing， give full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine， and use auricular point sticking and pressing combined with wrist ankle acupuncture to effectively relieve the symptoms of hot flushes， sweating and other discomfort in menopause， so as to promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve the quality of life of patients in menopause.
