摘要

本文总结葫芦灸联合穴位贴敷治疗1例肺部恶性肿瘤晚期患者胸部疼痛的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，实施葫芦灸联合穴位贴敷治疗，并结合常规西医药物治疗与护理，同时配合饮食调护及情志护理等中医护理干预，旨在改善患者疼痛的症状，缓解病情，缓解焦虑情绪，提高患者生存质量。

Abstract

This article investigated the effect of moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chest pain in a patient with advanced lung cancer， and summarized related nursing measures. In addition to the western drug therapy， Hulu moxibustion therapy combined with acupoint application was carried out based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine. An integrative treatment and nursing plan consisted of drug therapy， Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques， diet nursing and emotion regulation was developed to relieve the chest pain and anxiety of the patient， and improve patient’s quality of life during treatment period.
