摘要

本文总结耳穴贴压联合耳尖放血治疗1例肝火扰心型失眠患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理念，给予耳穴贴压、耳尖放血治疗，配合生活起居护理、失眠护理、饮食护理及情志护理等干预措施，有效改善患者失眠症状，提高患者生活质量，且耳穴贴压联合耳尖放血技术具有简、便、效、廉的特点，安全性高，值得临床借鉴推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating one case of insomnia caused by liver fire disturbing the heart by auricular acupressure and ear tip bleeding. Accordingtothesyndromedifferentiation nursing， ear acupuncture， ear acupuncture， and other nursing measures， combined with life care， insomnia care， diet care， and emotional care， it effectively relieve insomnia symptoms， improves the quality of life of patients， and ear pressure combined with ear acupuncture and bloodletting technology has the characteristics of simplicity， easiness， effectiveness， low -cost， and safety，that is why it is deserved to clinical promotion and application.
