摘要

本文旨在探讨中西医结合护理在肠梗阻术后腹胀患者中的应用效果。对1例肠梗阻术后腹胀患者实施综合护理干预，具体包括病情观察、中医护理技术及西医护理等措施。经过中西医结合护理，患者腹胀症状得到明显缓解，胃肠功能恢复良好，说明中西医结合护理对于肠梗阻术后腹胀患者具有显著的积极效果，可有效促进患者康复进程。

Abstract

This study aims to explore the application effectiveness of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine （TCM-WM） nursing in patients with postoperative abdominal distension following intestinal obstruction surgery. Comprehensive nursing interventions—including condition monitoring， TCM nursing techniques， and Western nursing measures—were implemented for one such patient. Through integrated TCM-WM nursing， the patient’s abdominal distension significantly alleviated， gastrointestinal function recovered optimally， indicating that integrated TCM-WM nursing exerts notable positive effects on postoperative abdominal distension in intestinal obstruction patients and effectively facilitates recovery.
