摘要

本文总结1例运用多感官促醒护理干预重症脑卒中患者的临床护理经验。根据患者的中医辨证分型，通过中医针刺疗法、穴位疗法、中西药治疗、多感官促醒护理、肢体康复训练及情志护理等中西医结合的治疗方法，有效恢复患者意识状态，促进肢体康复，疏导因疾病而产生的负面情绪，提高患者就医依从性及满意度。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the clinical nursing experience of a case of severe stroke patients treated with multisensory wake-up nursing intervention. According to the patients' TCM syndrome differentiation， through the treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy， acupoint therapy， Chinese and Western medicine treatment， multi sensory wake-up nursing， limb rehabilitation training and emotional nursing， the patients' consciousness can be effectively restored， the limb rehabilitation can be promoted， the negative emotions caused by the disease can be relieved， and the patients' medical compliance and satisfaction can be improved.
