摘要

本研究详细阐述1例84岁男性慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者的诊疗过程。通过中西医结合治疗方法，包括耳穴压丸、穴位贴敷以及常规西医治疗手段，患者的临床症状得到显著改善。文中全面描述了对患者的护理过程，涵盖护理评估、诊断、计划、实施及评价等各个环节，体现中西医结合治疗及护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重治疗中的应用价值。

Abstract

This study elaborates on the diagnosis and treatment process of an 84 year old male patient with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods， including ear acupressure pills， acupoint application， and conventional Western medicine treatment， the patient's clinical symptoms have been significantly improved. The article comprehensively describes the nursing process for patients， covering various aspects such as nursing evaluation， diagnosis， planning， implementation， and assessment， reflecting the application value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
