摘要

本文总结1例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重（AECOPD）患者使用无创呼吸机后并发腹胀症状的护理体会。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，中西医联合治疗，西医予抗感染、化痰及口服药物对症治疗，中医采用中药膏膜并配合饮食指导及生活护理等护理措施。经治疗，患者腹胀症状明显缓解，减轻了患者的痛苦，促进疾病康复，提高患者满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD） who developed abdominal distension symptoms after using a non-invasive ventilator. Guided by the theory of dialectical nursing in traditional Chinese medicine， a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is used for treatment. Western medicine provides targeted treatment with anti infection， phlegm resolving， and oral medication. Traditional Chinese medicine uses traditional Chinese medicine ointment film combined with dietary guidance and daily care measures. After treatment， the patient's abdominal distension symptoms were significantly relieved， reducing their pain， promoting disease recovery， and improving patient satisfaction.
