摘要

本研究详细介绍1例84岁慢性喘息性支气管炎急性加重患者的诊疗经历。该患者病情复杂，合并多种疾病，治疗上采用中西医结合方法，西医予抗感染、化痰及平喘等治疗，配合氧疗及康复治疗，中医通过辨证用药、耳穴压丸和穴位贴敷进行干预。护理过程涵盖全面评估（包括生理、心理及社会方面）、准确诊断、精心计划、积极实施（涉及药物治疗、非药物治疗、中医治疗及各项护理措施）和效果评价。经治疗，患者临床症状显著改善，治疗结果良好。

Abstract

This study provides a detailed introduction to the diagnosis and treatment experience of an 84 year old patient with acute exacerbation of chronic asthmatic bronchitis. The patient's condition is complex and complicated with multiple diseases. The treatment adopts a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Western medicine provides anti infection， phlegm resolving， and asthma relief treatments， combined with oxygen therapy and rehabilitation therapy. Traditional Chinese medicine intervenes through syndrome differentiation medication， ear acupressure pills， and acupoint application. The nursing process covers comprehensive assessment （including physiological， psychological， and social aspects）， accurate diagnosis， careful planning， active implementation （involving drug therapy， non drug therapy， traditional Chinese medicine therapy， and various nursing measures）， and effectiveness evaluation. After treatment， the patient's clinical symptoms significantly improved and the treatment results were good.
