摘要

本文总结穴位贴敷联合皮内针治疗1例冠脉支架植入术后联合IABP泵使用胸痛的效果观察。在术后常规护理基础上，基于中医理论辨证论治，选取对症穴位，采用穴位贴敷联合皮内针的治疗，对缓解患者术后胸痛，提高睡眠质量及术后生活质量，促进患者康复起到关键作用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the observation of the effect of acupoint application combined with intradermal needle therapy on chest pain after coronary stent implantation and the use of IABP pump in one case. On the basis of routine postoperative care and traditional Chinese medicine theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment， targeted acupoints are selected and treated with acupoint application combined with intradermal needles， which plays a key role in relieving postoperative chest pain， improving sleep quality and postoperative quality of life， and promoting patient recovery.
